Position: Client Relationship Executive (Only For Women)

Location: Jaipur

Roles & Responsibilities:
Client servicing is a key function in many industries, particularly in sectors like marketing, finance, and professional services. The role primarily focuses on managing and nurturing relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and they receive high-quality service. Here are some common responsibilities associated with client servicing:
1. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and follow-ups.
2. Understanding Client Needs: Identifying and understanding the specific needs and goals of clients to tailor services and solutions accordingly.
3. Providing Support and Solutions: Addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely solutions to any problems that arise.
4. Project Management: Overseeing the execution of client projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
5. Client On boarding: Managing the process of bringing new clients on board, including setting up accounts, explaining services, and ensuring a smooth transition.
6. Reporting and Analysis: Providing clients with regular updates and reports on the status of their projects or services, and analyzing performance metrics to offer insights and recommendations.
7. Feedback Collection: Gathering feedback from clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
8. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinating with various departments (e.g., sales, marketing, technical teams) to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed effectively.
9. Contract Management: Assisting with the negotiation, renewal, and management of client contracts and agreements.
10. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identifying opportunities to offer additional services or products that could benefit the client and contribute to their success.
11. Crisis Management: Handling unexpected issues or crises with a calm and effective approach to minimize impact on the client relationship.
12. Client Retention: Implementing strategies to retain clients and encourage long-term loyalty.
In essence, client servicing is about ensuring a positive client experience and fostering a strong, ongoing partnership between the client and the service provider.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
