**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key Italian-speaking clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for C-suite level clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning company services to meet their needs.
- **Business Development**:

- Identify new opportunities to expand the client base in Italy and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create strategies that engage potential clients and retain current ones.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Ensure clients receive high-quality service by addressing any issues and providing timely solutions.
- Implement feedback systems to improve customer satisfaction.
- **Strategic Leadership**:

- Lead the development and execution of client relationship strategies to support business growth in the Italian market.
- Provide insights to senior management on market trends, client needs, and competitive positioning.
- **Certification and Compliance**:

- Hold a recognized Client Relationship Management (CRM) certification or equivalent.
- Ensure compliance with all industry standards and regulations related to customer management in Italy.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Languages**: Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written).
- **Experience**: 10+ years of experience in client relationship management, with at least 5 years in a senior or executive role.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with Italian markets, business culture, and industry-specific standards.
- **Certifications**: Client Relationship Management (CRM) Certification or relevant certifications in customer service or business management.
- **Location**: Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate.

- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to navigate complex client relationships at the C-suite level.
