**Job Requirement -**

Understanding client needs and requirements
- Verify and validate information provided by the client for accuracy
- Educating clients about the platform and the process; How it works
- Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries, providing accurate information and addressing concerns
- Proactively engage with clients to nurture leads ; FAQ - Solicit and gather customer feedback post-installation, ensuring satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement

**Key skills required**:

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in selling and marketing solar power plants or solar equipment (e.g., solar modules, inverters) - mandatory
- Background in electrical engineering or a related technical field preferred
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with a disciplined and persistent work ethic
- Proficiency in Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis
- Comfortable using various online and offline software tools and platforms, including WhatsApp
- Prior experience in an online marketplace environment is a significant advantage **Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building positive client relationships. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and developments in solar technology
