We are looking for a **Client Success Executive** to act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client communication, has the flexibility to handle late-night calls, and can efficiently coordinate tasks with SEO, PPC, and Development teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Attend and manage **post-sales client calls**.
- Understand client requirements and **translate them into actionable tasks** for SEO, PPC, and Development teams.
- Ensure smooth **work allocation and tracking** across teams.
- ** Follow up** on deliverables and timelines, maintaining a professional flow of communication.
- Build** positive client relationships** by providing clarity, updates, and issue resolution.
- Maintain **proper documentation** of assigned tasks, status updates, and client feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of **SEO, PPC, and web development concepts**.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work flexible/late hours as per client needs.
- Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Prior experience in **digital marketing or client servicing** is a plus.
