Are looking for an experienced and result driven CRM Executive.

Work Experience: 2+ years (Preferred from Jewellery industry)

Salary: Negotiable

Job Type: Full time

Job location: sitapura.Jaipur (work from office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients over phone calls/email/WA etc.
  • Organize and schedule appointments with directors.
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms.
  • Develop and maintain employee filing system.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures and assist in HR operations.
  • Order office management jobs.
  • Maintain contact lists, Book travel arrangements.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients, HR and customers - Liaise with executive director and HR consultant etc.

Skills:-

  • Must possess good communication skills.
  • Candidates should be good in in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, OneDrive
  • Graduate or postgraduate
  • Candidates should have high energy level, willingness to learn
  • Should be customer friendly and service oriented
  • Timeliness of Reporting & MIS reports - Work schedule 6 days a Week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
