Client Services Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Act as the main point of contact for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client needs and ensure they are met effectively.
- **Issue Resolution & Support**:

- Handle client inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, tech, etc.) to resolve client concerns.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Track progress of client requests and provide regular updates.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain records of interactions, transactions, feedback, and issues.
- Prepare periodic reports on client status, feedback, and improvements.
- **Sales**:

- Identify opportunities to offer products or services.
- Work with sales teams to promote relevant offerings & achieve monthly targets.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication (verbal & written)
- Empathy and active listening
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of CRM tools or client service platforms
- Basic understanding of the company's products/services.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
