We believe in Integrity, Work Ethics & Drive > Talent Our mission is simple: make it easy to be more conscious with innovative products in reusable packaging that are convenient, effective, and affordable Less, but better | #RAHO SAADAA, #PEHNO SAADAA “ TOP 1% D2C brand in India and we have grown from 0 to ₹ 25 Crore in less than 1000 days while being bootstrapped and profitable ” If you are a doer, entrepreneurial, and hungry to learn - look at our openings below and apply. **Job Location** - Jaipur, Rajasthan **Job description** As a Customer Support Representative, your job is to help sales prospects become active users of your products and support current customers regarding their queries. **Responsibility**: - Verification of customer's orders with its purchased product and address with pin code - Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features - Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users) - Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and valuable discussions with customers - Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance - Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members - Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved - Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams **Skills**: - Customer Service Experience is an added advantage. - Exceptional communication skills - **English & Hindi are a must**, any extra language is a bonus - Result Driven, Quick learner. - Comfortable with technology - Sound knowledge of MS Office and advanced Excel is an added advantage - Troubleshooting customers' issues and providing timely resolution. - Excellent interpersonal skills.**About Us**:“SAADAA” translates to ‘Plain or Simple’ in Hindi and our company is an ode to a simpler time.
