**Job Summary**
Bajo Foods is looking for a **Territory Sales Executive** who can execute our Retail expansion into Modern Trade, Relevant Offline ( General Trade ), and Quick Commerce channels.
- 2-4 years of **Retail Sales **experience in the **FMCG space**.
- 2 years of Modern Trade and Stand Alone Modern Trade (SAMT) experience in Bangalore.
- Experience with a Packaged Food Brand in employment history.
- Currently, an Area Manager / Territory Sales Manager in a reputed FMCG brand, handling a key City or region.
- Experience in having **launched a new brand / sub-brand **and built out distribution and revenue.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills with relevant stakeholders
- Ability to work in a structured manner under ambiguous situations with first-principle thinking
- Prior experience in mentoring, managing, and influencing executives, merchandisers, promoters, etc.
- Good experience in monitoring store-wise sales and executing customer activations events at the store level.
- Built out Sales for a new-age D2C brand.
- Experience in Health Foods products.
- Experience in a Startup
- Experience in ECommerce and Quick Commerce.

**Principal Accountability**
- Responsible for achieving market leadership for the overall Packaged Food business for Low Carb Health Foods and Diabetic specialist Food products in Bangalore.
- Identifying and establishing the right partners
- Establishing the right distribution strategy for the products, based on consumer and market understanding.
- Identify and set up Distributors based on the product lines.
- Owning and hitting/ exceeding annual sales targets
- Developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs ( R&R) that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
- Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to the company leadership team and other company functions
- Work closely with the marketing and other cross-functional teams to establish successful support, channel, and partner programs

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
