**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates.
- Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands when required.
- Support the CEO in strategic planning, research, and decision-making tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and task management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in the IT or Tech industry.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing, and client communication.
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
