**5. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
**1. Identify the countries, Scope, and conduct CSI**

**2.Co-ordinate & Organize CSI activities with RSMs and monitor Gap areas & actions measures.**

**3.Skill upgradation for distributor & BAL service team through identification, mapping the needs and imparting training on product and systems.**
**Conduct training on operating systems for Distributer team and BAL ASM/RSM.**

**4.**
**WDS Audit (Digital) : Deploy Digitized WDS audit system in key markets to understand gap areas and liaison with RSM/ASM.**

**5.Bajaj Connect APP /CRM : Deploy APP in Markets and train Country team & Distributor.**

**6.Enhancements in APP to make it better connect and add value from Customer perspective.**

**7.FR online - To capture Failure information in detail from distributor and convey the same to CQA/R&D thru system.**

**9.QlikView Analytics : To develop analytics thru MIS to understand early warning signs of Failures reported thru FCR and FR APP**

**10. Provide back-end support to resolve issues related to system with help from MIS and vendor.**

**11. Back-end support to arrange special tools.**
