- Bajaj Auto has embarked on a transformation journey. Digital tech should help customers access the company more intuitively and provide world class ownership experience. Buying a vehicle is a key decision in one’s life and at Bajaj Auto we are looking for a talented product owner who is passionate about creating frictionless customer-centric digital experiences when a user intends to either buy a motorbike from us or engage with us for after sales service.-
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, manage, monitor customer facing digital assets.
- Create strategies to grow traffic (SEO), conversions, and monitor web traffic metrics. Extensively use data analytics for setting up A/B tests, experiments etc and facilitate data-driven decision making
- Keep up to date with industry best practices, setup benchmarks and monitor competitor digital landscape. Ensure full compliance with all laws and regulations. (Data privacy, GDPR etc.)
- Define personalization & retargeting approaches. Analyze user behavior, heat maps & study impact using web analytics
- Be a category leader & work closely with different teams (Brand Managers, Content managers, creative team members, other product managers) to define objectives & ensure the defined objectives are delivered and met.
- Build capabilities to ensure the brand stays 'relevant' - chatbots, whatsapp, voice, speech to text, live chat, vernacular etc
- Undertake Customer Immersions & Journey Mapping across offline & online touchpoints to create best
- in-class buying process, driving engagement via statistics and insights
