**Job Role & Responsibilities**

**_
Role: _**
- Entire design lifecycle of two wheeler exterior/plastics/Trims which includes the following stages
- Sound knowledge of Body Parts/Exterior/Panels and trim design.
- Knowledge of CAD modelling, PLM tools. Hands on experience of UG-NX/CATIA ,Team center or equivalent
- Knowledge of FE analysis and experience in ANSYS/HYPERMESH or equivalent FE software
- Ability to do multitasking: Testing co-ordination, Benchmarking, Dealing with suppliers
- Knowledge on different types of materials, manufacturing processes used in Plastic design
- Application of GD&T, DFMEA, DFM etc

Technical/ Functional:_**
- Proficient in Plastic/Trim Part design of various parts such as fender, fairing assembly, seats etc.
- Virtual simulation for part design and takeaways from it.
- Good understanding & awareness of new technologies in vehicle interior design
- Basic knowledge of vehicle layout design, ergonomics and homologation requirements
- Good communication skill
