**Job Role & Responsibilities**

**_
Role: _**
- To design and evaluate Suspension aggregates like Springs, Dampers, Bushes for 3 / 4 Wheelers.
- Multibody simulation of suspension for finalizing hard points, considering dynamic performance targets.
- Define component level DVP by calculating the forces and moments on component during various vehicle maneuvers in ADAMS
- 3D Modelling & 2D Drafting.

Responsibilities:_**
- Simulation of suspension & steering systems using MDB software like ADAMS.
- Co-relation of on road behavior of ride and handling with the simulation results.
- Conducting virtual simulations of various physical tests carried out for durability verification (e.g. 3/4 post, single corner rig, single actuater, bump roller) in ADAMS.
- Evaluation of Suspension Parts & Systems; and taking counter measures as necessary based on Ride & Handling simulations.
- Timely action based on customer (Internal & External) feedback.

- ADAMS Car : Modelling and hard point finalization (CRITICAL)
- Unigraphics : Modeling and Assembly modules

- Exposure to relevant design standards. (IS, JIS, JASO, DIN, ISO)
