**Job Role & Responsibilities**

Role: _**
- 2Wh vehicle integration for entire product life cycle

**_Responsibilities:_**
- 2Wh Chassis system integration (EEE, Frame, Trims, wheel & brakes, suspension, power & transmission)
- Benchmarking and generation of ideas for better performance, quality improvement, cost reduction, weight reduction of different chassis system
- Working out design proposals as input & sharing it with concerned Horizontal design teams for detailing
- Communication with Horizontal teams for detail design of their respective parts & release of final design to production within project timelines
- Communication with T&V, PM teams for vehicle level testing & ensuring test completion without failure prior to tooling release

Technical/ Functional:_**
- Must have basic knowledge of vehicle layout design, rider/pillion ergonomics and homologation requirements
- Should be proficient in chassis system packaging (EEE, Frame, Trims, wheel & brakes, suspension, power & transmission)
- Understanding of Mechanics, Machine elements & Strength of Materials
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing process of Sheet Metal, Casting, Forging & Plastic Parts
- Application of GD&T, DFMEA, DFM, stack up analysis
- CAD modelling
- Knowledge of PLM software for engineering change release

Specific expertise required for functional area :_**
- Unigraphics : Drafting, Modeling and Assembly modules

- Good communication skill
