- B.E / B. Tech Mechanical Engg for reputed college
- Minimum 60 % marks
- Should have been consistent & secured good percentage throughout academics.

**Preferred Exposure**: Two wheeler vehicle components design viz., Frame, stands swing arm etc.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for design & development of chassis components like step holders, main stand, side stand, Fuel tank, trim parts like side covers, cowls etc.
- Develop new design concepts & its analytical / experimental evaluation
- Address DFM/DFA/DFS aspects in design
- Understand field & internal testing failure phenomenon, analyze & provide countermeasures
- Create & evaluate 3D packages, clearances with interfacing parts, conduct stack up analysis.
- Check 2D drawings & incorporate GD&T parameters
- Conduct FE analysis & interpret results for design decisions
- Co-ordination with CAE, Testing, materials, manufacturing, service, vendor teams
- Suggest & execute VA/VE ideas

Technical/Functional requirement:

- Basic design knowledge of two wheeler vehicle system parts.
- Well versed with 3D modelling & drawing generation in UG-NX.
- Knowledge of stress analysis viz., Ansys, Hypermesh tools.
- Knowledge of CAD modelling, PLM tools. Hands on experience on UG-NX, Team center will be added advantage
- Exposure to manufacturing process like forging, Aluminium PDC/GDC, Press & fabrication, etc.
