Our comprehensive suite of services encompasses turnkey project logistics, vessel chartering, out-of-gauge (OOG) shipping, port handling & transshipment, heavy haulage & lifting, factory decommissioning solutions, international Air freight management, warehousing & customs clearance.
**Responsibilities:
- **
**Quotation Management**: Prepare competitive pricing quotes for import shipments based on client requirements.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand client expectations and provide tailored pricing solutions.
**Vendor Coordination**:Liaise with carriers, shipping lines, and agents to gather updated freight rates and negotiate competitive pricing. Maintain strong relationships with service providers to secure optimal rates.
**Market Analysis**:
Monitor and analyze market trends in the freight forwarding industry to adjust pricing strategies. Stay updated on international shipping regulations, tariffs, and currency fluctuations.
**Data Management**:Maintain accurate records of rates, quotations and pricing agreements in the company’s database.
Ensure timely updates of pricing data to reflect market changes.
**Client Support**:
Respond to client inquiries regarding import pricing and provide support during the negotiation process.
Work closely with operations and documentation teams to ensure seamless shipment execution.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
