**Hiring for Freight Rate Pricing Specialist**

**Location: Andheri East**

**Salary: 22k to 25k**

**Job Summary**:
The Logistics Pricing Specialist is responsible for or developing and managing freight pricing strategies to ensure competitive and profitable pricing. This role involves negotiating rates with carmers, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize pricing and cost management

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Rate Negotiation**:
Negotiate freight rates with airlines, freight forwarders, and other partners.

Secure competitive pricing and favorable terms for cargo shipments

**Pricing Analysis**:
Analyze market trends, cost structures, and competitor pricing

Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with market conditions and company objectives

**Cost Management**:
Monitor and control freight costs to maximize profitability.

Evaluate and optimize cost efficiencies within freight operations

**Customer Quotes**:
Prepare accurate and timely pricing proposals and quotations for customers.

Ensure pricing is competitive and aligned with market conditions

**Data Management**:
Maintain and update pricing databases and systems.

Analyze histoncal data and generate reports to forecast future pricing trends.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to align pricing strategies with business goals.

Provide pricing insights and support to internal stakeholders.

**Market Research**:
Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and economic factors impacting freight pricing.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats
