**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring smooth execution of shipments, warehousing, and transportation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely delivery and optimized logistics processes.
- Monitor and manage the supply chain process, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of shipment status, inventory, and transportation schedules.
- **Pricing and Cost Analysis**:

- Develop and implement pricing strategies for various logistics services, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Analyze costs, market trends, and competitor rates to provide accurate pricing recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored pricing solutions for clients.
- Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and contracts for logistics services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 0 to 1 years of experience in logistics operations and pricing roles.
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of cost structures and pricing models.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
