**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Culinary Expertise & Food Preparation**:

- Prepare and cook a diverse range of Pan Asian dishes, including sushi, dim sum, curries, stir-fries, and noodle-based meals.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food.
- Innovate and develop new dishes while maintaining authenticity in flavors.

**Menu Development & Innovation**:

- Collaborate with management to design and update the Pan Asian menu.
- Experiment with new ingredients and techniques to enhance the dining experience.
- Incorporate seasonal and locally sourced ingredients when possible.

**Kitchen Operations & Team Management**:

- Supervise and train kitchen staff in Pan Asian cooking techniques.
- Manage food preparation timelines to ensure efficient service.
- Maintain kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed.

**Quality Control & Hygiene Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and prepared dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.

**Cost Control & Inventory Management**:

- Monitor food costs and minimize waste without compromising quality.
- Work with suppliers to source the best ingredients at optimal prices.
- Keep track of stock levels and maintain efficient inventory management.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Culinary degree/diploma or equivalent certification.
- **Experience**: Minimum [X] years as a chef specializing in Pan Asian cuisine.
- **Skills**:

- Expertise in Pan Asian cooking techniques and flavors.
- Strong knife skills and plating presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Leadership and teamwork skills to manage kitchen staff.
- Creative mindset for menu development and innovation.
- **Hygiene & Safety**: Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
