_**Responsibilities: CDP Asian / Pan Asian**_
- Plan and execute menu items in accordance with the restaurant's theme and standards.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet or exceed expectations.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Handle any issues or complaints related to food quality or service promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into menu offerings when appropriate.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Proven experience working as a chef or in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high standards of food quality.
- Certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience preferred.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Passion for food and a creative approach to menu development.

**Salary**: ₹31,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
