**Responsibilities**:
- **Menu Creation**: Develop innovative and appealing menus that align with the resort's culinary vision and guest preferences.
- **Food Preparation**: Execute high-quality food preparation, ensuring consistency and presentation excellence.
- **Kitchen Management**: Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of exceptional dining experiences.
- **Guest Interaction**: Interact with guests to understand their preferences, accommodate special requests, and ensure a personalized dining experience.
- **Training and Development**: Mentor and train kitchen staff to uphold the highest standards of culinary skills and service.
**Requirements**:
- **Culinary Expertise**: Proven experience as an In-House Chef or similar role with a strong culinary background.
- **Creativity**: Demonstrated ability to create diverse and appealing menus, showcasing creativity and a passion for gastronomy.
- **Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and inspire a culinary team.
- **Adaptability**: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain composure under pressure.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the culinary team and interact with guests.
- **Hygiene Standards**: In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
