This role offers the opportunity to work with premium products and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, concerns, and complaints, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing accurate and timely resolutions or escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering personalized solutions and recommendations.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and product development to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹9,645.61 - ₹25,000.00 per month
