**As **a** Workday techno functional support team member, you are expected to**:

- Manage day to day technical challenges and communicate to leadership any risks or issues associated with the technical data loads.
- Build advanced reports and calculated fields to support core processes ensure data integrity and assist with HR analytics
- Perform audits to ensure data integrity
- Hands on Experience in Workday module Core HCM, Leave Management & Timetracking
- Should work towards standardizing of the process and add value to the existing role
- Troubleshoot issues in Workday landscape & integrations to multiple systems and working with other systems support teams to identify the fix
- Ensuring integrity of the end-to-end landscape, data flows and integrations with connected systems throughout the change and deployment lifecycle.
- EIB Data load and knowledge of Workday report development, testing and validation
- Investigate the business and technical requirements for the Workday solution
- Workday Application Testing - Must be able to assist clients with the testing of the Workday solution and the corresponding integrations
- Act as a point of contact for the client for delivery/issue fix of Workday Integrations
- Broad-based knowledge of Core HCM, with knowledge of Absence, Time-Tracking, Benefits
- Resolve Workday tickets
- Ensure that Workday test plans, test cases and testing results are analyzed, Incident/SR/defects tracked, resolved, and documented
- Have a solid understanding of user needs - capture/clarify requirements to enable impact analysis and delivery of committed fix Workday
- Support backlog refinement and delivery of committed work, by providing technical suggestions, estimating required effort, identifying risks and dependencies, and surfacing impediments.
