Job Summary:

The role of Workday Functional Consultant is a pivotal position in the realm of Human Capital Management (HCM). As a certified expert, you will be instrumental in guiding customers through all phases of deployment and post-production activities.

Cognizant seeks a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge of Workday's functional modules. In this capacity, you will define requirements, complete development, and deploy solutions that cater to the diverse needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the implementation of Workday's HCM business process areas, leveraging your expertise to drive solution-oriented recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with customer design decisions.
  • Develop strategic plans to address risks and challenges associated with post-production deployments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting Workday's HCM functional modules.
  • Detailed understanding of HCM processes and best practices.
  • Strong consulting and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage client expectations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a talent for driving results under tight deadlines.
  • Active Workday Certification in HCM functional modules.
  • Bachelor's or College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
