**Functional Consultant **(One senior consultant and one Junior consultant)

Key Responsibilities
- A Workday functional consultant will be responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Workday HR solutions to meet the business requirements of clients

Skills and Qualification
- Relevant experience of 2-5 years in Workday systems
- Advance knowledge of HR process and experience of working with global team
- The individual is expected to have hands-on Workday modules Core HCM, Core and Compensation, Security
- Knowledge on any of the following modules Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, Time and Absence are added advantage
- Strong presentation, communication, listening, and consultative skills to guide and drive discussions
- Staying up-to-date: Keeping abreast of the latest Workday releases and updates, best practices, and industry trends to provide the most effective solutions to clients
