**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Demat Account Opening**:

- Efficiently handle the process of opening demat accounts for clients.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- **Customer Acquisition**:

- Actively engage with potential clients to understand their financial needs.
- Promote and cross-sell various financial products and services.
- Achieve and exceed predefined customer acquisition targets.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Collect and verify necessary documents for demat account opening.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- **Market Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on market trends, investment opportunities, and product knowledge.
- Provide clients with information to make informed investment decisions.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in demat account opening and customer acquisition within the share market industry.
- In-depth knowledge of share market products, demat account procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
