**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
- Collaborate with Business Heads to understand staffing needs and craft detailed Job Descriptions.
- Effectively post job openings on various platforms, collaborate with consultants for profiles, and manage the interview process.
- Maintain an up-to-date and organized recruitment database.
- Administer and submit all necessary hiring paperwork for new IT recruits.
- Prepare Offer letters, assessment feedback forms, and other essential documents.
- Manage and coordinate online test platforms used for recruitment purposes.
- Proactively gather market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in recruitment strategies.
- Innovation: Suggest and implement new ideas for continuous improvement in talent acquisition activities.
- Build strong relationships with clients & hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

**Key Skills**:

- Minimum 6 months-2 years of proven success in IT recruitment, with a focus on technical positions.
- Ability to negotiate with prospects on various aspects

**Education and Experience**:

- BBA / MBA - HR/ PGDHR with rich experience in IT Recruitment
- Minimum 6 months Years of IT recruitment experience

**Analytical and Personal skills**:

- Excellent Communication skills in English - both written and verbal
- Attention to details
- Positive and cheerful outlook
