Aek Ads is looking for a dynamic **Acquisitions Executive** to drive our society residential advertising efforts. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring prime residential societies for advertising partnerships, managing relationships, and negotiating deals to grow Aek Ads' presence in residential spaces.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify residential societies and communities suitable for in-society advertising opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with society management teams and residential associations.
- Lead negotiations on advertising contracts, terms, and placements.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing and creative teams to align advertising strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify untapped residential advertising opportunities.
- Ensure the timely execution of contracts and smooth onboarding of new residential partners.
- Track and report performance metrics of acquired locations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in outdoor advertising, real estate partnerships, or business development.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of residential communities and advertising trends is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
