Division Overview
The Chief of Staff division is headed by Adenza's Chief of Staff, who reports to the CEO and member of the Executive Management team. The division consists of the Marketing, Strategic Alliances, Sales Operations, and Strategic Program Planning teams. The first three teams help identify and nurture direct and indirect sales channels which support the topline growth of Adenza; whereas the last team supports the planning and execution of board-mandated cross-functional strategic initiatives, including the development of 5-year strategic plans, M&A, and post-merger integration activities.
Team and Role Overview
Adenza is looking for an Associate System administrator for our corporate IT team in Mumbai. This person will be working with a global team, responsible for all aspects of Unix / Linux server admin and Automation. Understanding of Unix / Windows Server admin, LAN/WAN, etc. Working with both end users, team members, and management to provide quality support and response to our user's IT needs. The person must be able to communicate well with user groups who have varying technical abilities. To succeed in this role, you must be proactive and have excellent problem-solving skills. Must have the desire to learn and do things in the right way. Ability to follow documentation and execute tasks on time.
**Responsibilities**:
Provide day technical support for Adenza’s employees across the regions
Understanding of corporate networks, LAN/WAN infrastructure (Networking, wireless, VPN, security, etc)
Ability to use ticketing systems (Jira) to track and manage End User requests
Understanding of when to escalate or ask for proper authorization and approval for requests
Other duties as assigned by management
Working experience as a Linux system Admin
Knowledge of Ansible / Puppet will be an advantage
Skills And Requirements
Engineering Graduate
Self-learner with a desire to work on new technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication
