**Designation: System Administrator / IT Admin**
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, networks, and virtualization
- Monitor server event logs, performance logs, grown of data on the network
- Anticipating potential problems and taking action to resolve them before they impact users ensuring limited to no disruption
- Ability to perform root cause analysis
- Ability to collect and analyze virtual platform capacity and customer demands
- Escalate operational and environmental issues
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and enhance delivery of IT services
- Reporting and responding immediately to security and/or usability concerns
- Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
- Configure and install local servers, execute hardware and software upgrades, and support disaster recovery and backup procedure
- Leverage CMDB to document device and network configurations
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues
- Provide guidance through documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
- Perform and/or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
- Ensuring the integrity of data storage and backup systems.
- Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance
- Provide high-quality of support service at all times
- Maintain all Network devices including Firewalls, Routers, Access Points & Biometric Machines.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of Database Administrator, Network Administration, and System Administration experience
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
- System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, AWS server and network or other network-related fields
- Working knowledge of AWS virtualized servers and network, including setting up local and wide area networks.
- Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
- A proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategies and plans
- Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols

**Salary**: ₹12,222.54 - ₹30,000.00 per month
