Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a System Administrator, located in Mumbai. The System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting system and network issues, and providing technical support to employees. The role involves ensuring the stability and efficiency of system operations, implementing upgrades, and maintaining security protocols.
Qualifications
- Expertise in System Administration and Network Administration
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
- Knowledge and proficiency in Information Technology
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) are a plus
