Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated
System Administrator
with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Windows Server and Active Directory environments. The ideal candidate will provide
Level 2 (L2) support
, manage day-to-day server operations, and ensure system reliability and security. If you're passionate about IT infrastructure, eager to troubleshoot complex issues, and enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative team, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide
    L2 support
    for Windows Server and Active Directory-related issues
  • Administer
    Active Directory
    : manage user accounts, security groups, OUs, GPOs, and FSMO roles
  • Manage and troubleshoot
    DNS
    ,
    DHCP
    ,
    File Servers
    , and
    Print Servers
  • Investigate and resolve
    user login issues
    ,
    account lockouts
    , and
    authentication problems
  • Conduct daily
    health checks
    on Domain Controllers and AD services
  • Create, modify, and troubleshoot
    Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
    to meet security compliance
  • Perform
    Windows Server patching
    , updates, and version upgrades
  • Handle
    backup and recovery
    of Active Directory and critical infrastructure (using tools like Windows Server Backup, Veeam, etc.)
  • Collaborate with
    L3 teams
    for escalations and support project implementations
  • Maintain accurate
    documentation
    for incidents, configurations, changes, and SOPs
  • Support
    audit and compliance
    requirements related to system infrastructure

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum
    4 years
    of experience in
    Windows Server and Active Directory administration
  • Strong understanding of
    Active Directory architecture
    , including replication, FSMO roles, and trust relationships.
  • Proficient in managing
    DNS, DHCP, File & Print Services
  • Experience supporting Windows Server versions:
    2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022
  • Expertise in resolving
    account and authentication issues
  • Hands-on experience with
    PowerShell scripting
    for automation and administration
  • Familiarity with
    server backup tools
    (e.g., Windows Server Backup, Veeam)
  • Solid understanding of
    basic networking concepts
    : TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, etc.
  • Strong
    analytical and troubleshooting
    skills
  • Effective
    communication and documentation
    abilities
