About the role We are seeking a proactive and team-oriented Systems Administrator with a strong focus on Windows Server environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting enterprise applications such as Cluster7, Netpresenter, and TIBCO Nimbus, while also possessing secondary knowledge of Linux systems. This role offers opportunities to grow into other technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Server Installation & Configuration - Deploy and configure Windows Server environments. - Monitoring & Maintenance - Ensure system health and performance through proactive monitoring and routine maintenance. - Security Management - Implement and maintain security best practices, including patching, access control, and compliance. - Troubleshooting & Support - Provide L2/L3 support for infrastructure and application issues, ensuring minimal downtime. - System Upgrades: Manage software upgrades and version control for supported products and platforms. - IIS Server Management - Administer and optimize IIS web servers for hosted applications. Primary Technologies: - Operating Systems: Windows Server (primary), Linux (secondary) - Applications Supported: Cluster7, Netpresenter, TIBCO Nimbus - Web Services: IIS - Future Scope: Technologies within COE Integration space Required Skills & Experience: - Proven experience with Windows Server administration - Working knowledge of Linux-based systems - Familiarity with enterprise application support - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Preferred Qualifications: - Exposure to scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for automation - Understanding of ITIL practices and service management .
