Role Description

This is a full-time System Administrator role based on-site in Mumbai. The System Administrator will handle system administration tasks, provide ongoing technical support, and troubleshoot IT-related issues. Responsibilities include managing network infrastructure, ensuring system performance, and supporting IT operations to maintain seamless functionality. The role involves working closely with team members to manage and optimize technology environments.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in System Administration, including managing servers and operating systems.
  • Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Expertise in Network Administration and a solid understanding of networking protocols and equipment.
  • Background in Information Technology with the ability to adapt to evolving IT needs and environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications are beneficial.
