**Vacancy**: System Administrator

**Req. Skills**: Linux, Monitoring Tools - Nagios, Zabbix, AppDynamics, SolarWinds, Argus, etc, Root cause Analysis, Troubleshooting

**Req. Exp.**: 3+ Years

**Communication**: Excellent (Must)

**Shift**: Night Shift

**Location**: Chandivali
- Mumbai (Cab Facility is available)

**Role Summary**:
Monitor and troubleshoot the Infrastructure and Server using various tools Nagios, Zabbix, AppDynamics, SolarWinds, Argus, etc.
Root cause analysis and ensure maximum uptime and availability of the service to the client by quickly resolving issues detected on the monitoring platform.
Installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of the Windows and Linux operating systems.
Serve as a cornerstone for escalating server issues; provide timely response to customer escalations.
Coordinate and collaborate with network engineering, storage engineering, and database administration function to ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of all servers to meet
business demands.
Work on CHEF utility to perform inbuild commands and operations without taking actual access to the server.
Troubleshoot performance issues on memory, disk, and CPU utilization and increase resources as per need with Change management protocols.
Use of ILO/iDRAC/Cisco UCS Manager for remote access to servers.
