We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks.

Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.

Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Total planned implementations of Systems, Security, Networking, Connectivity and availability of resources
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Set up accounts and workstations
- Maintain and supervise the inventory related to infrastructure
- Monitoring and managing all installed systems and infrastructure.
- Solving infra, security and patching issues by implementing various approach
- Finding and suggesting multiple ways to incorporate standard protocols towards networking, communication, firewall, security, installations and maintenance
- Timely reporting on the log sheet for the rapid response to any glitches, periodic updating of the system and prior updating of bill related to internet
- Building an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
- Creating a proper plan and discussing it with concerned team members/leads and executing it as per the required optimum way with lowest resource cost

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience of around 2 years as a System Administrator, Desktop engineer role
- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
- Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
- BSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) is a plus

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
