**System Administrator**

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Mumbai

**Responsibilities**:

- Serves as a technical expert in the area of system administration for complex IT systems.
- Taking overall technology ownership of solution implementation in terms of IT infrastructure
- Helps to develop, document, communicate, and enforce a network technology policy.
- Is responsible for the installation and configuration of new software and hardware, including the server network, devices and firewalls.
- Is responsible for monitoring system performance, IT system operations and storage utilization.
- Plans ahead for necessary hardware or software upgrades to support system growth.
- Manages user accounts and assets, and assigns and updates security permissions on the network according to security policy.
- Provides support with escalated help desk requests.
- Leads a team of technical support engineers &, coordinates with different teams/projects
- Mentors team members and educates users.
- Conduct existing IT Architecture review, peer review and advice right fit solutions.
- Train new system users and can evaluate their performance technically.

- Updation new technical documentation
- Serves as Technology enabler for the customer and drives success to them.
- Capture and share Best practices with peers & juniors and always look for fast,accurate and optimum solutions in IT perspective
- Drive learnings from Incidents to reduce/eliminate P1 incidents in IT systems

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with Mobility, Cloud Engineering, Integration and large scale deployment solution engineering.
- Should have a sound knowledge of networking concepts LAN,MAN,WAN,routers, switches, HUBs.
- Hands-on experience on various Operating systems like Windows, Linux,debian,Ubuntu.
- Familiarity with DevOps Automation practices such as Jenkins, SonarQube, Docker Terraform, knowledge of AWS,Azure services will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills & Problem-solving attitude.
- Team Player & organizational and leadership skills

**Qualifications**:

- Engineering Graduate in Electronics/Computer/IT or equivalent and above
- Certifications in Cloud Engineering stacks like Azure/AWS(AWS Solution Architect /Associate AWS SysOps Administrator Associate )
- Proven working experience as a System administrator
