**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

**Requirement**
- 1. Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.

2. Strong knowledge of server and network technologies.

3. Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.

4. Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).

5. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or CompTIA Server+ are a plus.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Server Management:

- Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Perform routine system backups and ensure data integrity.

2. Network Administration:

- Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.
- Implement security measures to protect the network.

3. Security and Compliance:

- Implement and maintain security policies and procedures.
- Monitor systems for security breaches and respond to incidents.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

4. User Support:

- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

5. Software and Hardware Deployment:

- Deploy and manage hardware devices such as servers, desktops, and laptops.

6. Collaboration:

- Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to implement technology solutions.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

7. Documentation:

- Create and maintain system documentation.
- Develop and update IT policies and procedures.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
