**Job Role: System Administrator Server**

**Working days
- Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th saturday off)**

**Job Timings: 11:00 a.m To 8:00 p.m**

**Experience - Minimum 2 Years Experience is Mandatory**

**Job Summary**:
As a System Administrator specialized in server management, his primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our organization's server infrastructure. He will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting servers to ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance. His expertise will play a critical role in supporting the company's IT infrastructure and helping to deliver reliable services to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Server Deployment and Configuration: Install and configure new servers based on business needs, ensuring they are properly set up and optimized for performance and security.
- Monitoring and Performance Tuning: Monitor server performance, analyze system logs, and conduct performance tuning to optimize server performance and resource utilization.
- Security Management: Implement and maintain server security protocols, including access controls, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems, to safeguard data and prevent unauthorized access.
- Backup and Disaster Recovery: Develop and execute backup and disaster recovery strategies to protect critical data and ensure business continuity in case of system failures.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve server-related incidents, responding to technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Capacity Planning: Forecast server resource needs based on growth projections and plan for capacity expansion to meet future demands.
- Network Integration: Collaborate with network administrators and other IT teams to integrate servers seamlessly into the overall IT infrastructure.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation related to server configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing and support continuity.
- Compliance and Auditing: Ensure servers adhere to industry best practices and compliance standards, participating in audits when required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role with a focus on server management.
- Strong knowledge of server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation tasks.
- Knowledge of network protocols, security principles, and best practices.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve server hardware and software issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
