JD for IT Administrator

1. Design, install, and configure LAN/WAN systems, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

2. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues related to LAN/WAN connectivity, speed, and efficiency.

3. Maintain and upgrade network hardware and software to ensure optimal performance and security.

4. Collaborate with IT teams to plan and implement network enhancements, expansions, and integrations.

5. Provide support for remote access, VPNs, and other secure connections for employees.

6. Ensure data integrity, network security, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

7. Create and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and processes.

8. Perform regular network performance tests and recommend improvements based on findings.

9. Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices related to LAN/WAN management.

Experience & Knowledge in Digital Marketing, SEO’s, Social Media Handling - Added Advantage.

Requirements / Qualifications**:B Tech - CSE/IT | Website Development & Maintenance | LAN & WAN | Software.**

Min 2-3 years of experience in network administration or a related IT role.

**Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, including routing protocols (e.g. OSPF, BGP), IP addressing and subnetting.**

Experience with network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points. **Familiarity with network security concepts, including VPNs, Firewalls, and encryption. ** Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
