**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage, configure, and maintain Windows server environments, ensuring systems are running optimally and securely.
- Automate and streamline system administration tasks using PowerShell scripting.
- Administer cluster web hosting environments to ensure high availability and load balancing.
- Monitor server performance, diagnose issues, and provide troubleshooting and resolutions for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to protect critical data.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
- Collaborate with IT teams to plan and implement system upgrades, migrations, and new configurations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices to improve system administration practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a system administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong experience with Windows server environments, including installation, configuration, and management.
- Expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation and system management tasks.
- Experience with clustering technologies, web hosting environments, and load balancing.

Pay: From ₹90,000.00 per month
