**Job description**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented System Administrator to join our IT team. The primary responsibility of this role is to monitor data security across our systems, ensuring that confidential information is protected. The System Administrator will also be responsible for keeping a watch on employees' and clients' social media handles to prevent potential data breaches.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data Security Monitoring:

- Continuously monitor system activities to identify and respond to potential security threats.
- Analyze network traffic, logs, and alerts to detect suspicious behavior.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive data.
- Employee & Client Social Media Monitoring:

- Monitor employees' and clients' social media activities to identify any posts or behaviors that could compromise data security.
- Investigate potential data leaks or breaches originating from social media platforms.
- Educate employees on the risks associated with social media and how to protect company data.

**System Administration**:

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
- Ensure that all systems are up-to-date with the latest security patches and updates.
- Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

**Incident Response**:

- Respond to security incidents, including unauthorized access, data breaches, or other security violations.
- Document and report security incidents, and work with relevant teams to prevent future occurrences.

**Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection laws.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator with a focus on data security.
- Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and the potential security risks they pose.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus.
- Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
- Understanding of data protection regulations like GDPR and HIPAA.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
