**Mission of the System Administrator L2**:
To ensure the healthy functioning of the Data center by ensuring timely closure of tickets.

**Competencies required (KSAOs)**
- _Knowledge:_ Knowledge of HPE blade technology, synergy technology, basic knowledge on SAN storage. Knowledge of server storage installations.
- _Skills:_ Vendor management, basic trouble shooting on server hardware
- _Abilities:_ Able to close tickets within the SLA.

**Requirements for the job**:
Bachelor’s degree in (Information Technology), Computer Engineering or related field.

**Experience**: Min. 3-5 Years of relevant experience required

**Job Location**: DC & Cloud Dept, SIFY TECHNOLOGIES RABALE DATA CENTRE Plot No. R-847, 1/2, T.T.C. Industrial Area, MIDC Industrial Area, Sector 2,Rabale, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400701.

**Outcomes**:

- Knowledge of server storage installations
- Troubleshooting server, storage related hardware issues.
- Knowledge to configure server raid configuration.
- Install and configure operating systems and other software and routinely test installed software for glitch detection and other issues.
- Implement and maintain the server systems so they are compliant with the organization’s guidelines or SOP (Standards Operating Procedure).
- Perform hardware upgrades on sever systems.
- Close 5 calls/tickets on an average within a stipulated time limit as given by the client.
- Data Centre infrastructure monitoring.

**Salary / Other benefits**:
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:
