**Key Responsibilities**:

- **System Maintenance**:

- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) and server environments.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uptime.
- **User Support**:

- Provide technical support for end-users, addressing hardware and software issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
- **Network Administration**:

- Manage LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and optimize performance.
- **Backup and Security**:

- Implement and manage system backup processes.
- **System Upgrades**:

- Plan and execute system upgrades and migrations.
- Ensure mínimal downtime during hardware/software upgrades.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and incidents.
- Create user manuals and guidelines for employees.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
- Solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
