Job Description:

- Hands on Experience of Active Directory (windows Server) configuration and Troubleshooting
- Provide technical support to Clients problems over Phone/ Remote desk or by visiting their office location if solution is not possible by remote support
- Help junior engineers to resolve problems
- Installation, configuration and Troubleshooting of Desktop Computers, Network Printers, Servers (Active Directory), Firewall, Storage (NAS / SAN), Structured Cabling, Networking (routing and Switching)
- Understand clients IT infrastructure by getting inputs from client, checking systems physically and asking probing questions
- Understand system logs, communication between different systems
- Prepare IT system Gap Analysis report for Clients IT infrastructure
- Assign tasks to L1 Engineers and monitor work flow.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
