The restaurant prides itself on serving exceptional local and seasonal ingredients via their carefully curated tasting menus and delivering an outstanding experience for their guests. The restaurant is open 5 days a week for lunch and dinner, closed on Sundays and Mondays.

We are currently recruiting for a **Chef de Partie** to join their kitchen team. The role will assist the kitchen brigade in the daily preparation, mise-en-place and service of food whilst overseeing junior chefs and always ensuring that the highest standards are maintained.

We are keen to hear from applicants with experience in similar high quality establishments, a passion for food, quality ingredients and a drive to develop themselves and their careers further.

**Requirements**:
**Experience : 4+ Years**

**Chefs will need to complete a video of their work which will be submitted with their CV**
