Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Demi Chef De Partie located in Hyderabad. The Demi Chef De Partie's primary responsibilities include assisting in the preparation and presentation of food, maintaining high culinary standards, and ensuring that the kitchen operates efficiently, safely, and hygienically. They will also be responsible for following recipes and specifications, managing kitchen stations, and training junior kitchen staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Culinary skills including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Teamwork and leadership skills to guide and mentor junior staff
- Experience in a relevant culinary role is preferred
- Relevant culinary education or certification is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
