Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Chef De Cuisine based on-site in Hyderabad. The Chef De Cuisine will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes. Daily tasks will include managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring food safety and cleanliness, and collaborating with management to develop and refine recipes. The Chef De Cuisine will also play a key role in training and mentoring junior chefs.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in culinary arts, including food preparation and presentation
- Leadership and management skills, with a focus on team coordination and staff training
- Menu planning and recipe development experience
- Knowledge of food safety standards and cleanliness protocols
- Ability to work under pressure and ensure high standards of quality
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in hospitality or fine dining
