We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Culinary-DCDP South Indian to join our team at Marriott International. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and culinary arts, with excellent cooking skills and attention to detail.
Roles and Responsibility
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
- Ensure all food meets quality standards before serving.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen setup, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of south Indian cuisine, including cooking techniques and ingredient combinations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude.
