We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Associate to join our team in the South Indian cuisine department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and hospitality, with excellent culinary skills and attention to detail.
Roles and Responsibility
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in cooking South Indian cuisine, with a strong understanding of spices and flavors.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing responsibilities and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including ovens, stoves, and refrigerators.
